ImmerseMe uses artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance language learning through interactive conversations, speech feedback, and adaptive experiences.
By using ImmerseMe’s AI-powered features (“AI Features”), you agree to these AI Terms of Use, as well as our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Purpose of AI Features
AI Features are designed exclusively to support language learning.
They are intended to:
Provide conversational practice
Offer pronunciation and language feedback
Simulate real-world communication scenarios
AI Features are assistive tools and are not a substitute for teaching, assessment, or professional or educational judgement.
Human oversight (e.g. by teachers or educators) remains essential when using the Platform.
3. How AI Works
ImmerseMe uses AI technologies, including third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI), to process user inputs and generate responses.
These systems:
Analyse text and speech inputs
Generate contextually relevant outputs
Operate based on probabilistic models
We may update or change the AI models used to deliver our services from time to time to improve performance and reliability.
4. Data Use in AI Features
When using AI Features:

ImmerseMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from AI use
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
